We experienced an issue on one of our Enterprise servers between August 30th 2019 at 13:53:19 PST and August 30th at 14:05:00 PST. As a result, customers may have been unable to initiate new sessions during this timeframe, and existing sessions allocated to this server may have been interrupted.
